We are looking for a motivated Marketing, Sales, and Operations Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the fitness and wellness industry. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, seeking to learn, be challenged to grow, and gain university credit for their experience.

Position Overview:

As a Marketing, Sales, and Operations Intern, you will play a key role in promoting BODYROK Murfreesboro, engaging with clients, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the studio. This internship is designed for students looking to develop skills in marketing, sales, and business operations while gaining valuable industry experience. This internship will be 6 to 8 weeks long.

Responsibilities:

Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and in-studio promotions.
Contribute and grow BODYROK Murfreesboro’s social media presence by creating engaging content, responding to comments, and tracking engagement metrics.
Support sales efforts by assisting with client outreach, membership inquiries, and retention strategies.
Help coordinate special events, community partnerships, and promotional initiatives.
Assist with daily studio operations, including front desk support, client check-ins, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
Collaborate with the team to develop new ideas for increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Passionate about fitness, wellness, and customer experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exhibit prosocial skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Canva)
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and growing environment.

Physical Requirements:

The employee occasionally sits, walks, kneels, and reaches with hands and arms

Must be comfortable interacting with people and making them feel welcome
