Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join the BODYROK Charlotte team. This role is focused on maximizing all in-studio sales opportunities, working closely with Studio Assistants (SAs), management, and marketing to drive revenue and studio growth. You’ll play a central role in creating and executing innovative sales strategies, events, and campaigns to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Management:

  • Manage all in-studio sales including memberships, intro offers, retail, and packages.

  • Partner with Studio Assistants to coach, support, and boost individual and team sales performance.

  • Set clear weekly sales targets and implement strategies to meet or exceed them.

Collaboration & Team Development:

  • Work closely with the Studio Manager to align on daily goals, studio priorities, and sales performance.

  • Coordinate with the Social Media Manager to align promotional content with current sales pushes, events, and campaigns.

  • Help provide sales-focused content ideas and support promotions through digital channels.

Campaigns, Events & Promotions:

  • Develop and lead in-studio promotions, community events, and seasonal campaigns to drive new sales and increase retention.

  • Coordinate the execution of all campaigns across teams to ensure consistent messaging and experience.

Innovation & Growth:

  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and increase average sales per client.

  • Test new initiatives and creative ideas to attract and retain clients.

Reporting & Accountability:

  • Track, report, and analyze weekly sales performance using key metrics.

  • Present insights and suggestions in weekly meetings with studio leadership.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in a sales or revenue-generating role, preferably in fitness, wellness, or retail.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to implement tactical plans.

  • Collaborative mindset; comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing and operations.

  • Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

  • Passion for fitness, wellness, and the BODYROK brand.

Work Schedule:

  • 20 hours per week

  • Includes on-site studio shifts, occasional event coverage, and regular team and management meetings

  • Flexibility required for evenings or weekends based on promotions or studio needs

Compensation: $30.00 per hour
