We’re looking for an experienced, energetic, and people-focused Fitness Director to lead our instructor team and help us deliver an exceptional member experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves Pilates, develops people, holds high standards, and thrives in a fast-paced boutique fitness environment.
What You’ll Do
● Lead, mentor, and develop our instructor team and Lead Instructor Team
● Recruit, onboard, train, and coach instructors
● Conduct class audits and provide ongoing feedback and development
● Maintain high standards for class quality, programming, safety, and member experience
● Oversee instructor scheduling, substitutions, and coverage
● Serve as the primary point of contact for the instructional team
● Lead instructor meetings and continuing education
● Monitor class attendance, member feedback, retention, and instructor performance
● Partner with ownership and management on studio growth and retention initiatives
● Oversee studio equipment needs and help maintain a safe, polished studio environment
● Use systems including Mindbody, NetGym, and ClassPass to support both instructors and studio operations
● Teach a set number of classes each week and remain actively connected to our members
We’re Looking For Someone Who
● Has strong Pilates/fitness industry experience and leadership skills
● Is passionate about developing instructors and building a strong team culture
● Communicates clearly and professionally
● Is organized, proactive, and highly accountable
● Has a strong eye for detail and consistently high standards
● Loves creating an elevated, welcoming member experience
● Can balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on studio involvement
