Location: Temporarily Remote – To be hybrid upon open 

Position Type: Full-Time, Salary 

Salary: $45,000 plus Coaching Pay & potential Performance-Based Bonus Pay

Position Overview 

The Studio Manager ensures all sales and operations functions within the studio provide the best 

possible member experience and a supportive, high-performing environment for team 

members—contributing to the studio’s overall financial success. 

This role is responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling a diverse team of Studio 

Advisors. The Studio Manager provides strong leadership to help the team meet goals while 

upholding company policies and delivering a clean, friendly, and well-maintained studio 

environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of Studio Instructors aligned with company values 
  • Coach team members through sales techniques, goal achievement, and professional development 
  • Conduct regular team meetings, planning sessions, and performance reviews 
  • Manage recognition programs, including employee appreciation and milestone celebrations 
  • Oversee third-party janitorial service and ensure facility cleanliness and safety 
  • Drive revenue and member retention through effective sales strategies and outside lead generation 
  • Partner with owners and local teams to plan and execute marketing initiatives and in-studio events 
  • Maintain optimal visual merchandising and retail operations, including transfers and inventory control 
  • Manage studio scheduling 
  • Monitor studio appearance, equipment maintenance, and member experience to uphold brand standards 
  • Prepare and analyze operational reports, including supply logs, inventory reports, and production/utilization metrics 
  • Required to coach a minimum of 10 classes per week 
Physical Requirements 

  • Must be able to move throughout studio floors and rooms 
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs 
  • May require sitting, walking, kneeling, and reaching with hands and arms 
Work Environment 

  • Exposure to loud noise and moving mechanical parts 
  • Must be flexible with schedule, including extended workdays, weekends, and holidays 
  • Requires occasional travel; must have reliable personal transportation to commute between studios
